There’s no mistaking the apricot in this one. It overwhelms any wheat in the taste but the aroma is great.

A cloudy golden orange pour with a decent white head. Strong apricot nose with some yeasty notes in the aroma. Flavour delivers only a bit of apricot with some significant yeast and bread notes, and a bit of malt. Very little bitterness. Not a bad beer for a hot summer day, as suggested.

Part of their Summer Craft mixed 6-pack at the LCBO. This seasonal pours a hazy, amber colour with an off-white frothy head, good retention and patching lacing. Fresh dried apricot nose. The apricot is more subtle in the taste, with more of the wheat coming out. A little sweet, but not too much to ruin your taste buds after one bottle, or become heavy. The body leans on the light side, so this helps out as well. Makes this one an easy-drinking, fruity wheat beer for summer.

On tap at Bimini. Cloudy orange with decent airy white cap, reducing to a steady blanket with zero lacing. Aroma of apricot, oranges, strawberry with a wheaty stuffiness. Taste is all apricot and strawberry if you don't take big sips/drinks. Otherwise you're left a blandly fruity malt, thin tasting beer. It's not completely terrible, but anything out of this calibre of brewery branding it a "summer" beer, don't expect much.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
341mL Bottle. Pours a light hazy yellow colour, fairly thick white foam. Aroma and taste is sweet, apricots and peaches. Great weissbier character as well, presence of yeast, wheat, coriander, mild clove. Excellent fruit weizen, however gimmicky it might be.

Smells like straight up apricot jam with hints of toasted wheat. For what this is suppose to be I think it works, just a sweet fruity summer slammer to enjoy on the deck. This is a beer your mom and wife will love. Why think about it just drink it. The apricot borders on fake and syrupy but for me it stays far enough away of that. Fresh, dry, wheaty. I’m not saying I can drink more then one of these in a day but it is highly drinkable.

Pours more orange, minimal head, aroma of strong apricot, but tastes of light apricot. Good.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
341 ml bottle from LCBO (part of Craft Variety Pack). Pours a murky golden orange with modest-sized whiteish head. Aroma is sweet apricot with light wheaty malt. Flavour also has very strong, sweet apricot. Average-to-light body. One note but ok - refereshing enough in warm weather. Don’t pick up much in the way of a ’weizen’.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a gold, almost orange slightly cloudy liquid. Heavy head, that fades quickly, leaving a moderate lace. Medium carbonation. Fruity aroma, given the apricot forward brew. Hits the sweet spot on the tongue. Soft on the palate. A unique and refreshing beer. Not the best apricot beer I have sampled, but a valiant effort from a generally uninspiring brewery. Cheers Lagerboy

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
341 ml bottle from LCBO, random find in the cast-off basket, served cold in a tulip glass.
App.: Very cloudy amber with a full off-white meringue.
Aroma: Holy artificial peach/apricot Batman!, maybe some wheat and yeast (a stretch), that’s it.
Palate: Medium body, limited carbonation.
Flav.: So frickin’ much fake peach, that is all; dry, minimal bitterness, peach.
