EBF2008. Cask. It’s a golden beer with an OK head. The aroma has light notes of fruit and malt. The flavour has light notes of fruit, a light, slightly dry citrus and malt. It’s uncomplicated and quite nice.

Cask at Thomas Rigby’s, Liverpool. This beer’s predominant aromas and flavours are citrus, especially lemon and grapefruit. There are hints of lemongrass and the finish is zesty and hoppy.
