Tasted this in The Esquire House, Glasgow (JDW) in November 2008. Cask, handpump dispense. Pale straw in colour with a thin white head. Superb aroma of toffee and ripe mango fruit, long in intensity. Thin resiny mouthfeel and good lacing. Pale malt base gives a medlay of fruit flavours with lychees, peaches, and honeydew melon present. Plenty of aromatic hops abound in the long aftertaste with tart citrus notes of grapefruit, lemon and goosberry. Tart bitter finish with dry grapefruit pith but not too cloying. A decent session Golden Ale with a complex range of fruit flavours. Well recommended.

Cask at the Bear and Billet, Chester. Very fruity and mellow. Seems like there is more than 50% barley malt in here, as there is a good barley taste. Great wheat flavor, though, too. Very strong hops. It is rich and fruity, with a fruit and hop finish. Very nice.
