COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Seasonal - Winter.

A light colored beer with a hop and fruit aroma. An initial sweetness leads to a quite intense bitter dry finish.

Golden Promise/Triumph pale malt (80%), crystal malt (10%), invert sugar. Progress and Target bittering hops, Hallertau aroma hops - pellets. OG 1045. 37 IBU. 37 EBC colour units.

Cask. Tried during a very nice holiday in the George at Castletown, Isle of Man in July 2011. Bronze and clear.Hoppy with some fruitiness.Slightly bitter and rather pleasant.

Cask conditioned somwhere in cambridge. Golden color with small white head. Aroma of hops, grass. Taste is pretty the same, with light bitter finish.Not bad.

Cask at the CASK Pub & Kitchen on 17th April 2010. Yellow gold with small white head. Very malty with caramel in main feature, some citrus hoppiness late on, then a rather sweet finish on a smooth but not untextured mouthfeel.

Cask conditioned - gravity dispense - Rugby BF. A golden coloured beer with an off-white head of loose bubbles. The aroma is a little farty and grassy. The taste is also grassy with a touch of malt. Grainy and distinctly average.

Cask conditioned @ Humble Plumb, Soton. Mid Brown. Malty with some of caramel. Hints of woody hops grow slightly and help to stave off some of the sweetness. Fairly drinkable.
