Clear medium red amber color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, ´roasted, caramel, fruity, nutty notes, moderate hoppy, orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090806]

Cask at GBBF 2009. Reddish copper, lasting beige head. Sweetish bitter, touch of strawberry fruit. Bit watery in mouth. Faint spritzey finish. Neither a bitter not nor a sweetish red ale. Falls between the 2 stools. OK, if not ery interesting.

Deep amber color, small beige head. Dry woody hoppy nose. Some nuts and caramel, light dry woody hops in the flavor. Sweetish and not very exciting "red".

A Mes rate. Cask handpull from Baker Street ’Sporks. Dark copper with a thin off white head and plenty of lace. Well balanced bright and perfumed hops with some good malty hints and a really pleasing bitterness in the finish. Straight forward but really enjoyable.
