The head is medium, the body gold-brown and cloudy. It smells hoppy a bit citrus. The taste is mild malty, in the background fruity. Not bad. Overall ok. 10/9/10/9/-/10

Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light straw - grass - silage. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120118]

Amber with a thinnish off-white head.
Pale malts, yeast, ripe fruit nose.
Flavours follow the nose allied to bready tones, earthy, grass and spice.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, dry finish.

Cask@GBBF2012. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel, mild spices, herbs, wood and some slight earthy notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, wooden, herbal and mildly spicy as well. Nice bitterness and earthyness in the finish.

Cask at Great British Beer Festival. Golden ale with bubbly white froth. Nose is passion fruit, peach and pear. In the mouth there's lemon, grapefruit and pear flavours. Nice dry bitter sup. lovely fresh bitter.

Dark orange with minimal head. Slight breet on nose but largely digestive biscuits. Fruity dry hay and slight spiciness in the finish.

On cask at the 2012 NWAF, Manchester. Pours a dark golden colour without a head. Aroma of grassy hops, caramel and musty yeast. Similar flavours with mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. This is not a saison.

Crosse Keys Spoons. Clear gold beer, tidy white head. Smooth palate, semi dry. Trace of apple, slightly creamy malt.. Insipis hops. Finishes dry. Tedious. Where are all the hops?
