Cask at Great British Beer Festival. Golden ale with bubbly white froth. Nose is passion fruit, peach and pear. In the mouth there's lemon, grapefruit and pear flavours. Nice dry bitter sup. lovely fresh bitter.

Cask in The Metropolitan Bar. JDW Fest 2011. Doesn’t really look like a saison. Clear amber. But smells like one. Nice yeasty, fruity and lemon citrous coming through. Taste is really nice. Light yeast fruity, lemon citrous. Refreshing and light. A session saison?

Hand pulled cask at the Moon Under Water (JDW) Watford. Slightly hazy gold with a lively white head. Lacking in malt body but rescued by a decent multi layered hop blend. Very quaff able.

Wetherspoons in skegness. Second pint and not quite as good as the first. Aroma is top notch with mango and lychee notes. Taste is only let down by a lack of malt body. A good beer nontheless.

Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Gold with white head. Flowery, yeasty, dry beer, reasonably spicy with a hint of tartness. Lasting on the palate. It’s ok.

Dark orange with minimal head. Slight breet on nose but largely digestive biscuits. Fruity dry hay and slight spiciness in the finish.

Amber with a thinnish off-white head.
Pale malts, yeast, ripe fruit nose.
Flavours follow the nose allied to bready tones, earthy, grass and spice.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, dry finish.

Cask at Hamilton Hall, JDW, London. Pours copper-gold with a foamy, white head. Rich, sweet bread aroma. Bready flavor, light fruits and toffee, a slight tinge of alcohol. Light bodied with fine, smooth carbonation. Sweet, sugary finish, more doughy bread, light yeast. Average stuff.

Cask (gravity) @ NWAF 2012, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England.
Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light straw - grass - silage. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Cask-conditioned at the Commercial rooms (JDW), Bristol 22/10/2011. Deep gold with a slight, off-white head. Light, slightly spicy aroma with some summer fruits. Slightly sweet malt aroma with some more fruit and a dryish finish. Good.
