COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Seasonal - Available March.
A golden colored beer, with a malty aroma that has a well rounded palate and a rich bittersweet flavor. This eventually leads to a complex finish of malt and hops.

Cask handpull, The Anchor, Bur-bar-zhuh. Orange gold with a thinning slick. Fresh hops coming off as it warms; lemon, maybe pineapple jelly, minerals, soft resins like pencil shavings. Faint hop juiciness, stewed tea, citrus. Can’t get rid ofthe pencils. Creamy lemon puff afters. Bland but decent.

Cask Handpump at the Bear & Billet, Chester 08/03/2008 Some pale malt aroma. Small white head. Golden coloured hoppy and floral with a little bitterness and dryness in a crisp full malt finish.

UPDATED: JUN 9, 2007 Cask (The Gallows Bird, Espoo). (Also had in Angleterre, Helsinki). Perfectly balanced English bitter. Plenty of back-of-the-tongue biterness, but complemented with a pleasant maltiness. ALmost like ’malted milk’ biscuits. Slightly sweet ginger as it evolves. Session beer, perfectly served.

Cask @ County Hotel (JDW) Ashford. Copper coloured, citrus malty nose, fullish in mouth, slightly sour, with good balanced citrus hoppy finish. After drinking mid brown beers all day, I liked the refreshing spring hoppiness of this
