A Mes rate: Gravicask at Pigs Ear.
Reasonable copper colour. Rather too yeasty in the aroma. Much to yeasty in the mouth. Tastes like it isn’t quite ready yet. Fruity finish with some light tobacco notes and eventual bitterness. Blah, blah, blah...

Cask at 3 Judges Glasgow ... copper ... light malt nose ... fruit malt with a little spice... ok but no real complexity

UPDATED: DEC 17, 2007 Cask. Very yeasty, this one could have done with some more conditioning. Some fine malt and hops lingering in there, but they are covered by a film of yeast. Sorry!

tasted in rigby’s pub in liverpool. fantastic dark ruby colour, fine white head with good lacing in the glass. a fine sweetness in the background which is swallowed up by the malt, warming finish, quite dry, pretty much an ideal winter brew

Cask Stillage at the Paradise Brewery Bar, Wrenbury 30/12/2005 Mid brown coloured with some hop and fruit aroma and flavour. Slightly rich and creamy on the palate with some dryness in a pleasant malt finish.

Cask conditioned @ South Western Arms, Soton. Fruity malt aromas with some pleasant yeast in the background. Moderately sweet up front - initially hides the thin body leading to a clean refreshing finish.
