33 cl can kindly provided by Gro. Gusher. Caramel sauce on the nose. Deep, clear mahogany golden with a small off-white head that leaves dots of foam on the glass. Toasted caramel notes on a fairly sweet and bitter flavor base with a little acidic tinge. Smooth to drink.

Bottle. Pours a clear, bubbly deep amber body with a medium, short-lived off-white head. Nose is caramel, bready malts and hints of red berries and grains. Taste is mild caramel, grains and hints of bread and nuts. Hints of metal in the finish. Light body, fizzy carbonation. Boring, but fair enough and quite drinkable.

33 cl bottle as Gjaargardur, a relabelling for the Gjogv Guesthouse. Amber coloured, slightly toffee’d easy drinker with a slight tang from god knows where. I cannot imagine it tolerates a can well.
