dark golden brown with a firm film of a head. Very interesting aroma, some barnyard, a bit doughy, very yeasty but some herbs and spices as well. Taste has a lingering bitterness to it, not the floral hoppy bitterness but more dry. Very decent from Færeyjar

Bottle. Aroma of malt, hay and caramel. Clear red amber colour with beige head. Rosted malt with caramel in flavour with just a nice touch of Faroese hay.

33 cl. bottle. Clear, copper colour with a bubbly off-white head that lasted and left some lace work. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, floral hops, and a slight roasted note. Light sweet taste with that roasted note. Medium body, slick feel, average carbonation. Short to medium length sweet finish. Easy drinkable - good beer.

Bottle. Pours a clear light copper body with a small white head. Aroma is rose petals, amber malts, floral tones, hints of syrup and hibiscus. Original and nice. Taste is burnt caramel, amber malts, hints of rose petals, hibiscus, moss and dry hops. Very original and highly drinkable.

On tap at Ølfestival 2011. A clear, copper colored beer with a finger-thick off-white head leaving lacings. Malty aroma with some caramel, quite fruity and lightly roasted. The flavor has caramel, roasted malts and some fruityness. Decent bitterness, both in the start and the end. Dry and medium bodied. A quite nice beer, maybe for lunch? 110527
