Dark golden in appearance, little head, fast disappearing with no lace. Sweetish hoppy aroma followed by water mellon. Initially quite malty followed by a subtle fizzyness on the front of the tongue. Highly carbonated and slightly bitter in the finish with little on the palate. Caramel notes a bit warmer. Ok, had much better.

Bottled, 500 ml. Clear pale golden coloured one with a fluffy white head on it. Almost no smell. Weak aroma ruled by bread and corn, texture is thin. Short, rather sweet, minimal hoppy finish. Thirstquencher...

fhoublon (316) - Lachine, Quebec, CANADA - APR 25, 2014
Bouteille de 500 ml achetée dans une LCBO de Cornwall. Dégustée le 25 juillet 2005. Bière blonde dorée limpide. Col moyen et durable. Peu effervescente, grosses bulles. Odeur de céréales. Très douce, assez sucrée, amère en finale. Goût de céréales bien présent. Bonne mais aurait pu être plus savoureuse.

500ml can, kindly shared by djoeye. Foamy white head to a clear golden body. Fair lacing. Vague lager nose of grain and grass. Pale malty flavours with hints of mid-sweet apples. Mild malt-fruity ending. Medium bodied. Soft carbonated. Drinkable, and that’s it (Tromsø 30.01.2014).

djoeye (1230) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JAN 30, 2014
White head, golden clear body, pale malty scents with some hay. Grainy malts to the tongue, and hops, apples, plus a faint hint of caramel. Smooth to palate, some alcoholic pearls. Ends with bread, half dry, then malts, and bread again. Overall a good version of a pale lager. (50 cl can b@Carrefour Chelm PL enjoyed@PolishRating with Rune 30thJan)

Can at Mr Hangover’s Nieuwjaarsborrel. Clear fizzy yellow pour. Soapy aroma, light grain, cleaning product citrus notes. Taste is soapy, a tad boozy, light bitterness. Palate is light, watery, with prickly carbonation. Macro lager.
