Bottle. Poured a clear pale yellow with a thin quickly dissipating white head. Aroma had notes of corn, wheat, grain and hay. Flavor was weak with a bit of a sweet malt flavoring.

12 oz bottle at a buddy’s party. Retired really??? Light yellow in color, lots of head. Smell of corn, malts, and grass. Taste is as usual for a lager, grassy, watery lightly malted and hopped. Finish is bland. The only difference is the bit of sweetness this beer carried. An O.K. lager.

Bottle. Bright, clear golden pour with a short white head that quickly shrinks to a ring around the top. Aroma is grainy and malty with hints of corn and cardboard. Flavour has some mild sweetness but is mostly grain, corn and malt with a hint of citrus. Lots of prickly carbonation and a thin, watery body don’t help either. Like most of the other Okocim beers I have tried, this is underwhelming and forgettable.

Single bottle into a pilsner glass. Pours clearish yellow with a fuzzy white head. The aroma is just a dash of skunk and sweet butter with big old malty hay and corn. The flavor is all sweet hay malts and a good dose of grassy lawnmower hops. For the style, this really isn’t that bad.

500ml: pint glass: picked this gem up from a secret spot in NJ... they have all the good filth! Pours a golden straw leaving a tiny head ring. Smells skunky, tastes like skunk pee. at least I got a new country and a retired beer out of this one!

I bought this as a single at one of the local liquor store. Pours a crystal clear gold with a bubbly white head. Nice skunky taste a clean finish. Not too shabby. I wasn’t expecting much out of this one anyway.

From all the recent reviews, this must not be retired. Clear amber, with a massive white head. Malty aroma, with some sourness. Medium body, with a long finish.
