again..a dry beer. but man did i drink these like crazy at a local polish bar. very refreshing. it's kind of like drinking a local reliable stand-by, yet it's an import. Prolly would be my go-to brew if i lived in poland
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Steib (613) - Queen Creek, Arizona, USA - OCT 20, 2003
Better than Ok. Fresh hopped aroma. Golden color with a savoring foamy head. Hops are present in the initial taste with a malty aftertaste. Clear, smooth and refreshing, Polish beers keep rating high on my list. Maybe it's the desert heat but save the Arizona water and drink Polish beer.

I don’t know if I am describing the same beer the other rater tasted, but same label so here goes. Nice assertive thick maltiness. Balanced by a healthy dose of saaz-like hops that dry the mouth out at the end of each sip and leaves you begging for another.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 YoYo (22) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - APR 19, 2002
Good fairly strong beer. Like Zywiec less fruity with more kick.

It’s from Poland!!! I like polish beers, and seek them out. I think it’s funny that it says ’ok beer’ on the front. Almost like they have low self esteem, or don’t want to get your hopes up. I think the brew is more than ok, with hints of roastiness enhancing the well done european lager style. Very inexpensive, and pretty high alcohol content, if that’s your thing. The beauty of baltic countries. Everything they import here is dirt cheap, even if it’s high quality. Rock it if you see it.

An original polish lager. Flavor, palate, and texture is not bad for the price, but if you want the better beers from Poland you should probably look to Zywiec, or if you want something with a little kick and more flavor then try okocim porter.
