COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Another, after Okocim Wheat, koneserski variant in the family Okocim, which promises exceptional taste and aesthetic experiences. By combining several types of malt, including Munich, caramel and roasted, and two month aging period okocimski Porter reached a unique dark color and a deep, noble taste, seasoned with hints of cedar.

Big bottle on sale at Sam’s Wine and Spirits. I’ve wanted to pick up a bottle of this for quite awhile, and I can’t pass up a sale at Sams. Brown black in color, tall soapy head, that fades down. Light aroma of chocolate and malt. Medium bodied and creamy with sweet chalky, chocolate, and some roasted flavors. This quickly becomes way too sweet and chalky, leaving a hint of alcohol in the throat. I was hoping for a little better.

WOW!! The sweet, malty aroma is evident from a few feet away. The head dissipates quickly, leaving a dark brown, nearly black, opaque brew. The taste is great. It tastes dark, with some alcohol on the tail end. Very smooth, with a nice bit of carbonation.

Pours opaque black with tan head. Roasted malt in the aroma. Flavor is of more roasted malt with strong alcohol coming through in the finish. Mouthfeel is round and smooth. Solid flavorful brew.

Alcohol and molases in the nose, with perhaps a little viniger. Dark brown pour with a creamy body and smokey flavor. Hints of chocolate and mollases.
