Bardzo mocno wyczuwalny karmel. Jak dla mnie za s?odkie. Kolejne piwko masowej produkcji.

Bottle. Pours black with ruby reflexes and tiny tan head. Aroma is a bit sweet, malty, strongly roasted, faint notes of cofee and chocolate. Very light metalic notes. Alcohol detectable. Thick with full mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. OK porter, but nothing outstanding.

Really nice porter. Dark and rich. Licorice, dark chocolate and hints of cocoa. Thin finish despite the aggressive flavor.

Bardzo dobry porter. Piłem go bardzo dawno, ale po intensywnym skupieniu się przypomniałem sobie jakie wywarł wrażenie.

Bottle cheers to Jared the housemate and his dad for keeping this for so long after distro dried up in Aus. Pours dark brown with a foamy beige head. Nose is very dried dark fruit focused with plenty of raisin sweetness, sultana, milk chocolate and brown sugar. Taste has that brown sugar and raisin sweetness to it with loads of sultana, dry milk chocolate and slight espresso-like bitterness. Quite full bodied. Drinks like a champ for 8+%. Tasty stuff

A decent baltic porter with a very good appearance: black with a full, lasting head. The aroma is nice and gets better as it warms. The taste is plagued by the taste of alcohol, but not to a bothersome extent. The palate is decent and it is overall a beer to enjoy, but not the best in its genre.

Bottle. Good, beige, but unstable head. In aroma mostly chocolate and roasty notes. In taste is sweet without any bitterness.

The body has a very dark brown color with some lighter brown highlights. Its head builds up thick and slowly settles down to thin cap that hangs on to the last sip. The head is tan in color and makes nice slippery lace that slowly slides down the glass as I drink. Its aroma is strong and has a heavy sweet and fruity malt character with a very noticeable alcohol presence in the nose. The overall flavor is very sweet with a sticky, almost syrupy texture. Sugary sweet malt with dark caramel, molasses and toffee notes dominate its character. There is a very noticeable alcohol presence in the flavor and notes of cherry cough drop with some mild herbal and leafy hops. Any bitterness from the hops is overpowered by the extremely sweet malt however. It finishes slowly with its malt lingering on the palate. Carbonation is moderate to average and it’s about medium bodied. Its overall drinkability for me was low due to its unchecked and unbalanced syrupy sweetness. The alcohol had some ruff edges as well; still this is a very interesting brew.
