tap at the brewpub - This dark brown brew smells of caramel malt and a touch of chocolate. The flavor is sweet and full of caramel. It has a light to medium body and is also quite high in carbonation.

Oct 25, 2007 Had this on tap while out bar hopping with my bud Robert in Seoul. Nose of caramel, grain, and vanilla. Pours very dark brown, almost black. The mostly lasting creamy biege head leaves good lace. The brew is very balanced leaning toward cereal sweetness. No acidity with a floral caramel finish. The medium body is soft and dry. The finish is very astringent.
