COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A rich copper colored lager brewed with four specialty malts. German Tettnang and Spalt hop varieties lend a hint of bitterness along with some hop flavor. A true German lager yeast was used for fermentation. The ABV is 4.5% and hop bitterness is 8 BU’s.

Tap at the restaurant. Bottle a hazy yellowish color with a smaller white head. Aroma was caramel malts, some bread, and faint hops. Flavor was malty, spices and hops. Medium body, another above average beer from Flat Branch

Bottle, deep golden amber, sweet malts, with a hint of caramel and toffee and a good balance of hops. It has a nice medium head. Great fall beer.
