COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Note: Formerly brewed by Brasserie Artisinal de Redange (until 2005), relaunched by Simon in March 2007.

0.33 bottle, thanks Marko. Hazy to opaque banana jurice colour, depends on the amount of yeast in the glass. Some black stuff floating in it. Small white head. Citrus, lemon peel. Coriander. Quite aromatic. Flowery, neutral on the sweet side. Dusty. Citrus kick in the finish. Light body, light carbonation. Good.

Thanks to Stela & Silvija for bringing this from Luxembourg. Shiny misty yellow body with a medium sized white head. Fresh, lemony, tart aroma, prominent coriander, a bit. Nice, fresh, coriander-dominated sweetish taste, a bit dusty, some citric notes. Strong carbonation, Soft finish. Feels somehow... polished. Dunno. I like it quite a bit.

Thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts mild but not washy, fine hoppy-spicy, light sourish notes. Modest yeasty. Finish still mild, well balanced. Quite drinkable. Nice!

(Okult No.1 Blanche) Bottle 330 ml from a trade with vipinvelp, thanks! Served into a tumbler, ABV 4.5% Hazy pale yellow colour on the body, small and thin white head, with low retention, leaving minimal lacing behind. Faint wheat on the aroma, buried under lots of lemon and citrus, even more faint coriander. The coriander is much stronger on the taste though, some yeast, citrus, orange zest, clove. Medium thin body, high carbonation. Okay beer, thirst quenching.

500ml on tap served in its own pint-style glass. A: Pours a very cloudy pale yellow color forming a medium white head that dissipates quickly leaving lots of spotty lacings in the glass. S: Strong notes of sweet pale grains, wheat, orange zest and spices. Very bready and earthy in the nose. Flowery hops. Refreshing. T: Sweet grains in the upfront. Very fruity and bready. Strong notes of sweet pale grains, wheat, orange zest and spices in the mouth too. Hints of coriander. Grassy and citrus hops. Light bitterness as expected from a Witbier. M: Light body and medium carbonation. Bready and citrus aftertaste. O: Good drinkability. Refreshing with a strong "home made" character. [ Enjoyed at a pub in Luxembourg - 03/16/2014 ]

Opaque orange yellow, big lacing white foam head. Light citrus aroma and taste, some orange tones there. Not too outspoken taste, but nice beer. (Velp 201411)
