COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Note: Formerly brewed by Brasserie Artisinal de Redange (until 2005), relaunched by Simon in March 2007.

Bottle 0,33l from Auchan market, Luxembourg. Pale yellow hazy body with many particules, high stable white head. Aroma of low intensity, but pleasant: wheat, bubble-gum, banana, coriander and vanilla. Taste is neutral, very slightly to sourness. Coriander, wheat, yeasts. Light body, very easy drinkability, low to medium carbonation.
Very soft, pleasant beer.

Tap at Go Ten Café, Luxembourg City. Very hazy yellow shade. Compact white head. Opens grainy and a bit predictable but takes an interesting fruity turn. Tangy and orangey with some lemon flavour. Pretty good wit.

0.33 bottle, thanks Marko. Hazy to opaque banana jurice colour, depends on the amount of yeast in the glass. Some black stuff floating in it. Small white head. Citrus, lemon peel. Coriander. Quite aromatic. Flowery, neutral on the sweet side. Dusty. Citrus kick in the finish. Light body, light carbonation. Good.

Thanks to Stela & Silvija for bringing this from Luxembourg. Shiny misty yellow body with a medium sized white head. Fresh, lemony, tart aroma, prominent coriander, a bit. Nice, fresh, coriander-dominated sweetish taste, a bit dusty, some citric notes. Strong carbonation, Soft finish. Feels somehow... polished. Dunno. I like it quite a bit.
