COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Note: Formerly brewed by Brasserie Artisinal de Redange (until 2005), relaunched by Simon in March 2007.

0.33 bottle.
A hazy, straw color with a small, white head of poor retention. Aroma of bananas, lemons, cloves, coriander, and other citruses. Taste is primarily composed of citruses, coriander, and other spices. A medium body, a slick texture, and a soft carbonation. Finish is medium long and pleasantly refreshing. Overall the beer is just about mediocre, absolutely nothing great about it.

33cl Flasche. Zitronengelbes Bier, flüchtiger Schaum. Es duftet typisch nach Zitrone und Korriander. Im Geschmack ist es leider recht flach. Etwas Zitronenschale.

Taste; wheat malt, citric note, ginger, banana, leading to a finish in a white bread with sunda (banana sugar jam). Feel; sweet fruity easy. Overall; maybe a bit more citrus would do?
