Commercial Description:
Note: Formerly brewed by Brasserie Artisinal de Redange (until 2005), relaunched by Simon in March 2007.

Bottle from Auchan. Pours a very hazy straw colour with a big fluffy white head. Nose is fresh garden, almost lavendary tones. Some grass. Very fresh and lively. Mouth is very gassy at first, then the usual wheaty yeasty wit, and some fragrant herbiness, touch of pepper. Bit of sweet citrus. Very bulky in the mouthfeel, but actually, and surprisingly, very good.

Hazy light yellow coloured beer with almost no carbonation and an average white head. Herby, little peppery fruity aroma. Full herby palate. Finish is herby, full creamy, rather special with some wheat, sinas and coriander touches. Not bad.

Bottle. Dry musty wheat malt aroma with strong coriander/clove. Cloudy pale yellow color with giant white head. Dry lemon peel and musty wheat flavor. Moderate acidity. On the dry side.
