On tap at the brewhouse, an outstanding example of the Helles style. Originally brewed as an alternative to the Pilsner, this malty golden lager has a delicate hop finish.

Draft at the brewery. Hay yellow pour. Oranges and flower petal nose, very light. Touch of grass hop towards the finish, bits of dryness. Great hot day beer!

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours dark gold with a creamy white head. Aroma seems citrus. Med body, nearly. Flavor is pleasantly bready and lightly fruity/floral. Citrus. Finishes with a suggestion of bitter.

On tap at Capitol Beer, Sacramento. Pours clear golden with a large fluffy white head and a floral aroma. There is a clean light malt flavor with some toffee and a dry finish.

~light pleasant spicy hop aroma with mild bready malts. ~Pours clear golden color with small white head. ~Sweet grainy bready malt flavor with spicy noble hop. ~ Light medium bodied, high CO2, clean bready malt finish. ~Enjoyable Helles. A bit on the hoppy side for my tastes though.

On draft at the brewhouse in a sampler. Straw-gold with a white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma is great sweet cracker malt. Taste is malt-forward initially with a slight spicy, hop finish.
