Medium to full body and a sweet and malty finish. A decent beer, but nothing more. (070510= gunnfryd (2743), Kristiansand, Norway Jun 15, 2007 Bottle. Red brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is roasted, malt, alcohol. Flavour is caramel, alcohol, fruit, roasted, malt, herbal hop. Complex beer. Papsoe (10359), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 8, 2007 (Bottle 33 cl) Hazy, orangey brown with a dense, beige head. Aroma of roasted malt. Rather full-bodied, sweetish, roasted malt and some fruit - a whiff of metal. Subdued bitterness. Quite OK. 100507 bierkoning (4932), La Tropica, Netherlands May 21, 2007 Caramel and flowers in the aroma. Sweet and alcoholic. Just a touch of vegetables and caramel. No specific aftertaste.
