Commercial Description:
BD is a treat for any hop lover, owing its bitterness and flowery aroma to four healthy hop additions during the boil and a sizeable dry hop as well.

On tap at Old Boys. Hazy orange body, medium off-white head. Hops-forward nose and body, balanced by sweet, bready malt with hints of caramel. The piney, citrusy hops seemed a bit faded, and hints of oxidation were noted. Still, a serviceable IPA.

Hazy coppery orange pour and off-white head. The caramel and crystal malt sweetness dominate the flavor with caramel and toffee but the moderate hop bite comes from behind in the finish with a citrus/floral note. Just average APA/IPA.

Cloudy yellow color with medium head. Some fruit aroma and taste---but lingering bitter taste was #1 with me.

Draft at Old Boys. Poured a copper color with an average frothy white head that lasted and produced good lacing. Good hoppy citrus aroma. Medium body. Moderate hoppy citrus flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of average duration. Best of the brews tasted.

Malty sweet, and at first blush I thought quite diminshed hops compared to some big hop monsters...then the long hoppy finish kicked in, all out earth (not grapefruity necessarily). Hmmm, good balance.
