3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle picked up from the brewery in Sept ’13. Colour is clear rusty orange, medium white foam head. Nose is not that bold. Some toasty grain, biscuit malt and dryish fruity English hops. Taste is very tangy. Lots of dry English hops and nuttiness. Body is farily light and a bit watery, toasty grain. I like a bit more malt body in my IPAs and the tanginess is not really to my taste but it’s decent.

Cold bottle, BB July 2014, purchased from brewery. Must be around a month old. Pours orange/brown with a cm of permanent white head. Smells citrusy, a little yeasty and herbal. Body is medium, nice level of carbonation. Taste is light citrus, musty British hops, tiny amount of cheese. Decent traditional IPA.
