Light, with noble hop notes and a clean finish.

(680ml bottle) Medium frothy, white head and alively carbonated gold body. Corn and malt nose. Thin, malt and corn taste. Boring, bland and uneventful...

The look was not promising, yellow light, small head, large bubbles. Aroma was not that bad malty/hopy. Not to gaseous, watery mouth fell, bread like taste, slightly earthy.

Draught. At 2007 Fort York TFOB. Clear gold pour, small white head, enough lasting bubbles to make it look decent. Sweet, lightly grassy aroma, too sugary, slightly stale hop bitterness. Taste was light, a little sugary, but harsh bitterness soon enters and settles in for the long haul. Watery, fizzy, harsh grain aftertaste - Nothing bad, nothing good - toss it on the heap of lawnmower-ready brews.

TFOB 2007. Yellow body with a smallish creamy white head. Sweet yeasty aroma, lightly vegetal notes. Flavour is sweet and grainy with moderate bitterness, noble hops?. Average palate. Has been better in previous samples. 5/3/6/3/10 - 2.7

TFOB 2003. Pale yellow, bit of fruit (corn?) and hops in the aroma and flavour. Funny undertaste that I couldn’t quite place. 5/3/4/3/10 - 2.5
