Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, straw - grass, butterscotch, light hoppy, grass - straw. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111206]

6th December 2011 Cask at Pigs Ear. Clear gold beer, little white head. Slightly softish palate. Nice hops - mild marmalade bitterness with malt that is just a touch crisp. Decent.

UPDATED: MAR 10, 2012 (Bottled) A lovely UK rendition of a delicate style . nice fruity citrus nose , hops and caramel. Its soft , rounded and breezey . A bitter sweet unity between hops and maltiness is executed very nicely . Some notes of hay , bready malts , caramel , dust , spicy hops , lovely juicy dry finish . Classy Pils.
