Cask/GD at the 14th Egham Beer Festival at the EUSC, 28/03/13. Very dark mahogony brown with a decent sized frothy beige head. Nose is light minerals, toffee, touch of spice, aniseed, reminiscent of a Belgian dubbel in many ways. Tsate comprises brown sugars, yeast, toffee, light booze, spice. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. A decent flavoursome ramped up mild with Belgian leanings.
