Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a deep mahogany with a thin tan head. The aroma is dry roast, dark chocolate and a little liqourice. The flavour is medium bitter with a smooth creamy liqourice palate. Medium to heavy bodied with soft carbonation. Promised so much, but delivered little.

Bottle split at JFs, from Beermerchants, 23/08/13. Extremely dark mahogony brown wuth a good sized light tan head. Nose is roast malt, sugars, light cocoa dusting, toffee. Taste comprises dark frutis, toffee, brown sugars, light roast. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation - a little prickly, dry finish. Pretty so so stout, not one Id bother with again.

Silvan7 (700) - Samarate, ITALY - AUG 6, 2013
Bottle @ home.

suprchunk (2250) - Crestview, Florida, USA - MAY 9, 2013
Dark brown. A couple tan bubbles. No lacing. Mostly coffee aroma. Creamy coffee taste but very watery. Light and thin. Not bad, but not much of a milk stout. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Thin, some roast & very brown for what is a stout of this type. Not creamy. Not sweet. Not much substance really.
