Bottle from Liquid Pleasures, Tenterden. Clear gold with lasting white head. Grassy hoppy aroma. Some lemon and light grapefruit and beautiful citrus tropical fruit aromas. A little earthy in the mouth. Decent pale malts. Bit earthy on the finish. Very decent light golden beer.

Bottle: Hazy, golden to orangey coloured, no head to speak of, mineralic fruity nose, some hoppy edges detectable, but also some vegetables; dry bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; dry slightly aromatic , but mainly bitter finish. Not the greatest Ale…

Bottle from Jacks, Westholme Stores, Goring-on-Thames, Oxon, consumed at home, Saturday 22nd September 2012 Hazy straw colour, no head and very little if any carbonation. Nice bite, fruity the hoppiness runs through this. Suprisingly little sweetness to balance things out. Drying at end, not bad but just a little flat. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov13 3.2

Gravity, Derby Summer BF 2011. Pale gold with a loose rim of suds. Lightly buttered corn snack aroma, some gentle pine. Simplistic and lemony with a Wotsit dunked in seawater and Alka Seltzer finish. Dunk of card. Almost decent. Just a crushing comedown after the Fyne Jarl.

chriso (7482) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 24, 2010
Cask at Egham United Services Club Beer Festival on 19 August 2010. Pale gold/straw in colour. Loose white head. Lively condition. There’s a whiff of sulphur in the aroma. Clean and fresh on the palate with plenty of citrus, moderate floral notes and a dash of bitterness. The sulphur on the nose persists as a faint tang in the flavour but isn’t disagreeably intrusive. Light but brisk mouthfeel makes for a refreshing pint (or half in this case).

50cl bottle from the Home Brew Shop, Aldershot. Straw coloured with a loose white head and heavy carbonation to start; the aroma has a touch of honey; the flavour is light with citrus, honey and grassy notes; and a muted, biscuity, finish. A pleasantly refreshing summer beer.
