The palate is very light here. Hops just plain bitterness with prominent barley malt they seem to use for several beers here. Pours golden with average carbonation, medium consistency. On tap at brewpub.

Draft with Erica at the airport in San Juan. This was very nondescript and I don’t have a lot of notes aside from that it was okay and "kind of boozy." I did record my ratings for each category, though.

22 oz bottle. Pours a clear dark copper body with a small fizzy off-white head that fell to a thin partial covering. The nose is minimally hoppy with some husky malt and a little caramel. The flavor is a little lacking in the hops department as well. Not overly sweet, but rather husky and grainy with a bit of crystal malt on the finish. Minimal bitterness on the finish. Light to medium bodied with soft fizzy carbonation. Not the worst of the bunch from Old Harbor, but not the best either.

Draft: Poured copper amber with an off white head. Aroma was light malt. Taste is bubblegum malt.

Tap at the brewery part of sampler. nice to get some hops in my life after the beer i’d been drinking this whole week. pours copper and tastes of hops bitterness, citrus, caramel, and toffee. crisp and slightly sweet.

Pours a light amber color with a minimal head. Flavors and aromas of citrus and caramel. Moderately bitter. Pretty light mouthfeel. An average APA but at least it’s good to see that Puerto Rico can make some decent beer.

Draft @ brewpub. Copper with nice lacing. Fruity American hops. Soft palate and quaffable. Nice balanced beer. Not overly hoppy, but very nice.

On Tap at brewery. Disappointing. Yeah, their description of no bitterness is not a good thing. Seems when they depart from the German styles the result is not as good. Overly sweet for the style, with an off sour aroma. NOt a terrible beer, but not particularly worth drinking.
