Aug 28, 2008 Decent effort. Poured a nice orange amber color with malt aromas. Tasted of dark fruits and malt. Sweet malty finish. Would drink again.

Apr 27, 2008 Not much to say here, medium bitter and darkish flavors. Has some alky bite. Leaves a slight malty bitter bite on the finish. Tastes like a mixed brew of some sort. Not much Doppel in this brew. Better sample this again next time I’m in San Juan. Probably the least liked of the 5 beers I had at Old harbor Brewpub.

Apr 3, 2008 On tap at the San Juan location. Was told this is a Seasonal offering for the bartender. Hazy dark amber pour with some nice lacing throughout. Medium body, smooth drinking, and a balanced taste of mostly malts.
