3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Had this one on tap at the brewhouse, and the first sixpack of this brew was on display. The beer was a dark-ish copper with some bready maltiness coming out in the nose. Slight hops to go with the malt in the taste, with a light-to-medium body. Drinkability was pretty good, though nothing spectacular.

Draft sample at brewpub.
Poured hazy copper color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate sweet malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a small sweet finish of short to moderate duration.
Drinkable session brew.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
RATING 300!!! From growler into lager glass- nice for my boy in MI to bring this down with him earlier this month, although I drank it by the gallon when I lived up there~ or so it seemed. Poured faded ruby red, white ring for a head, aroma of lightly roasted malt, even after the journey. Hits the mouth with a thin-medium body, malts more pronounced than in aroma, small amount of sweetness on the finish. Very drinkable.
