A classic amber ale severely over-hopped at the finish of the kettle boil. Originally a mistake, this is now one of our best sellers.

[Tap - Old Market Pub] This was a deep golden yellow with a good head. Had lots of hops tot he aroma and the flavor. Loved the beer this was a great IPA. A good use of malt and lots of hops.

This is a very nice little APA. A very big grapefruit nose, and also that trademark hoppy funkiness with a nice fresh malty aroma as well. This has a very pleasing flavor on the palate, very well balanced and one of the better beers I tried here.

Tap. An amber?? From the name I expected an IPA. Deep amber in color, scant off-white head. Malt and hop aroma, much more hop presence than I would expect from an amber ale. Medium bodied. Pleasant hop flavor with adequate malt balance. Fair as an IPA better as an amber

On tap at the Old Market. This brew’s flavor let me down a bit from the initial crisp big hop nose. Lots of hops in the aroma give this brew a sweet hop start. The flavor however has a big lemon soap presence to it, reminds me of electrasol detergent. Very oily on the palate, this brew had some great potential with all the big hops, but the soapiness really ruined this brew.

This one is loaded with spicy hops. Amber ale? Better call this one an IPA. Very fresh hop taste. Hops all over.

Tawny, light filtered color. Aroma is freshly hopped almost like an IPA with a nice caramel balance. more hops than afican amber even. good finish, very well built. I approve!

Light copper and slightly murky. West coast hop aroma and in flavor, with a very fresh grapefruit flavor. Slightly bitter, like a light IPA with a sweet peach aroma.

A dark golden color with a diminished head. A bitterness up front with some sweet caramel to follow. Fair.

Amber with a small creamy white head. Smells like hops and toffee. Taste hoppy and caramel.
