[Tap - Old Market Pub]
A deep brown color with a little head. This had chcolate and toffee in the aroma and there was a deep toasty maly build to this brew. it was easy to drink and had a great flavor. Semi coffee finish and I really liked that. Not Bad at all.

A decent porter, albeit slightly lighter than I care for, but nice and richly roasted, creamy and chocolately with some satisfying coffee acidity.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at the Old Market. Ah, yes, now we are getting somewhere, this brew has been the best so far on the taster tray. Pours almost black with a medium light an head. When held up to the light a nice red shines through this brew. Aroma has nice hints of burnt chocolate, light coffee, very mild roast. Mouthfeel is a bit thin and watery, small amount of sweet chocolat eup fornt with a light coffee finish. A mild porter, but a good brew to go with lunch.
