Cask, at Arties Mill, Brigg. Faintly hazy, minimal head and low condition. Gentle fruitiness, mostly citrus, in the nose, gently bitter in the mouth with a more pronounced citrus note apparent and a slight yeasty chalkiness, moderate prickle of hop bitterness in the finish with a slight spiciness.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cask conditioned handpump William IV Brighton 20/05/13. A greeny gold coloured beer with a little whitte wisp of head. A sweetish beer which seems honeyed. Low hopping but relatively flavoursome. The sweetness isnít too bothersome. Wouldnít want more than a half.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Cask. Lights straw ale with decent white head. Lemon and citrus nose. Well balanced malt and hop taste with a hint of lemon and light lime. There's a little bit of grimy dishwater in there which spoils it a little, but otherwise solid.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hand pulled at Church Tavern, Quarry Bank. Pretty blonde beer, which is pretty plain in taste. Not unpleasant though, clean and balanced with some grain, some citric and some smooth hop. OK.

Cask at GBBF 2010. A light golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has light notes of hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt as well as lighter notes of flowery hops, leading to an OK bitter finish.
