Stupidly bitter for my taste. I recognize it is well brewed since the bitterness is quite good in the standars, but I just don’t like too hopped beers. NIccolour and crazy foam.

Surprisingly crazy amount of head. Amber/orange in colour. Malty and sweet with a bitter finish. Quite watery, malty and bitter. Certainly not your typical ESB.

65cl bottle, Toronto. Orange/amber colour, thin head. Smells of malt, faint spice. Sweet, malty flavour, tight carbonation. Some aftertaste, slightly bitter, pretty decent effort.

This is a watery rendition of an ESB, with a faint bitterness in the finish. There is a tad of a scent of malt and ab clear washed out redness in the colour. The mouthfeel is close to that felt by water alone.

What man could take pride in such an insipid creation? Weak, gassy, with nothing characteristic or distinguished about it. It’s just a beer, and a barely identifiable one at that. Slightly sweet and floral scent. Taste: minerally with a vomit aftertaste.

Bomber from my favorite Canadian I’ve never met, MrManning! Coppery pour with a thin white head. Very little lace. Lightly sweet orange nose, and some yeasty breadiness. Very mild, easy drinking beer, well balanced sweet malt and light citrus hops. Finish is a light bitterness. Pleasantly suprised with this one. Thanks Len!

Deep transparent orange pour. Heavy cream head, minute lacing. Orangey aroma mingled with candied malt, slightly hoppy and bready notes. A mild hop flavour profile is well balanced with subtle sweet malts and bread crust. Fruity, hoppy bite to the finish. Lingering bitterness is nice. Suprised to see this at the LCBO here in London.

UPDATED: AUG 22, 2008 Copper pour with a thin head. Flowery grapefruit scent. Some hops, grapefruit or some other tangy taste. Low carbonation that makes this easy drinking but it is a bit watery. Weak aftertaste but a clean finish. Taste pf roasted malts, honey and sweet berries. Something just fits here.

650ml brown bottle. Copper colour with a thin layer of off white head. Malty nose with light floral hops. Caramel malt flavour, with light citrusy hops. Medium body, low carbonation.
