bottle. Poured straw coloured with a bit of a haze, Large rocky white head. Sweet musty aroma, but in a good way. Medium mellow mouthfeel. Fruity malt flavour with a tart grassy finish. Lingering medium bitterness.

UPDATED: OCT 4, 2011 From the newer cans at the LCBO. Deep golden pour topped by a creamy white head. The aroma is moderately hoppy. Soft spicy/floral hop aroma with a little bit of earthiness also coming out. The beer is actually pretty decent. Soft sweet and slightly crackery malt aroma balanced by a nice floral hop character. This doesn’t bear any resemblance to the original version of this I’ve had. If they can keep this stable - they might actually do okay with it.
650 ml bottle. Pale golden, hazy appearance, thin white head fading to a slick of faint bubbles. Light fruity aroma, same diacetyl that all of their beers seem to have. Grainy malt and faint toffee. Flavour is full of diacetyl. Pale malt, some fruity yeastiness, and a sweet finish. Not a very good brew.

UPDATED: FEB 13, 2013 Originally rated June 2007. Wow ! I don’t know if this is the same Trafalgar brewery I don’t like, but this light lager is well-brewed (says Old Mill Brewery on the bottle). And judging from Pootzboy review, I guess they have changed the recipe since then. Pours a beautiful deep golden colour with a nice creamy off-white head and decent carbonation. The head lasted quite a while, and left silky lacing. This does not look like a light 4% brew. The aromas are sweet and malty. Very smooth mouthfeel with the taste of honey and grain malt. It is quite nice, and I am drinking this one at cellar temperature on a very hot summer night. This is my first Trafalgar positive experience and deserves the title Grang Lager.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Nekronos (3215) - Xalapa, MEXICO - MAY 21, 2009
Nice but a little bitter if accompaning it with some olives. It has the sandy taste of the Canadian beers and nice aroma.

Golden color, no head to speak of. Caramel malty presence, with a bit of cereal, and cheese. For a light beer, it has a decent body. Not bad at all, surprised to see it’s brewed by Trafalgar. I’d actually buy it again.

Cannette 473 ml. 5%. Couleur jaune assez foncé. Mousse blanche. Arôme de foin, malt et un peu de houblon. Légèrement sucrée en bouche, notes de houblon floral et finale avec une amertume honnête. Rafraîchissante.

For about a day I thought this read "Flora", not "Elora"; labelling fail! It pours foggy beige-orange with no head. Faint fermented grain aroma. The flavour, however, is solid - a good mix of hops and a grainy finish. Not so attractive, but definitely worth the effort.

Cloudy straw with some sediments. Aroma is citrus and yeast. Taste is a little bitter with citrus hints. Not bad but many do it better. Reminded me of a cheap man’s Heritage Premium Lager.

UPDATED: JUL 29, 2007 July 2007. Golden yellow body with a small fading white head. Sweet fruity aroma hints at mango, and over ripe lychee fruits, light hint of something that may or may not be diacetyl. Sweet fruity flavour with a sharp bitter note to the finish. The overall effect is a bit wonky but not necessarily unpleasant. Average palate. Outshines recent samplings of its brethren simply by avoiding infection. 6/3/6/3/12 - 3.0
<P>October 2003. Crisp golden yellow colour. Flowery fruity aroma with much of the same in the flavour. Sort of an odd aftertaste. 7/3/5/3/11 - 2.9
