Another of those beers that doesn’t need a "light" alternative. Tough to beat in the crappy beer category, but one of those beverages that harkens back to times long ago...

Jun 30, 2008 Sampled at the 2008 Folio Weekly Beer Fest. There is nothing in this beer worth while. It was a complete disappointment, and my initial instinct after getting a good pour of this was to dump it out and head to the next booth. Not worth the effort.

May 16, 2008 Pours greenish-yellow with a 7:5 head-beer ratio; Perhaps the biggest I’ve ever seen. Smells like bum juice, taste is almost non-existent. Definitely bongworthy. $50 worth of this stuff gets 10 seasoned grown men wasted, or so I can only presume. Worse than Keystone and all the rest of that [class]. Most malt liquors that I’ve tried, which number into the dozens, are marginally better than this.

Apr 12, 2008 Almost feels and tastes like drinking a glass of water. Well, half water/half domestic crap. It is however very easy drinking and not the nasty aftertaste I was expecting. Of course there doesn’t seem to be much in there to give off any sort of aftertaste. As long as I’m reviewing crap beer, I’d prefer a Naty light in this price range.

Mar 28, 2008 Light Golden color. Smell of corn, hops and malt. Taste of hops, malt and very crisp. I like this one. Nice refreshing brew.
