Oakes (6979), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Jun 9, 2001 Oh baby. What a masterpiece of corn and ethanol. TBone (5116), Pori, Finland Feb 29, 2004 Can (sampled: Merida, Mexico 24.2.2004)
Color yellow, nice foamy white head. Aroma yeasty, crispy and lightly alcoholic. Taste watery. Copy of basic Old Milwaukee - just water added. Bov (4659), Bienne, Switzerland Sep 7, 2001 hopscotch (4595), Vero Beach, Florida, USA Jul 21, 2006 Bottle at the Hagerstown Suns Beer Tasting. Lots of leftover tickets. Had to give it a go... Clear, light yellow with a mid-sized, frothy, white head. The aroma and flavor are mostly nondescript other than very tiny notes of grains, lemon and peppery hops. Light-bodied and fizzy. Crisp, clean finish. Cornfield (4343), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Nov 1, 2004 I don’t understand why anyone would drink this. At best, it’s an alcohol delivery system... and at a 3.9 abv, a weak one at that. Why not just drink a pint of cheap rot-gut blended whisky? This smells bad and, unless you drink it at near zero temperatures, tastes even worse. The Miller Brewing Company (SAB) should be internationally illegalized (?) for all of its travesties. What a waste of barley.
