Most light beers only hint at the taste of a good brew, but this one does rather well and is a great find for someone who enjoys beer without the carbs. Not heavy and balanced...suprisingly good!

Nov 17, 2001 One of the cleanest, best tasting light beers around. Seems most of the purely microbrew drinkers aren’t rating beers against others of the same style...because if they were then they would realize that Old Milwaukee Light is a top quality light beer. How many times has this one won a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival? Consumer Reports consistently rates Old Milwaukee as a best buy. This is a helluva good light beer. Is this as good and flavorful as a top notch American pale ale? No way, but we’re not talking about pale ales, just light lagers and this is a damn good one.

Aug 24, 2004 Jean’s favorite beer, so it can’t be bad. I enjoyed the light but crisp flavor. I REALLY like the 24 oz. "high boys"
