Big ole 2010 24 oz can for $1.69...Pours clear gold with a large white head...aroma is lager skunk and watery grain, thats about it...flavour is decently grainy, more taste than I expected, but not all of it good, thin dry malt, old cereal...next...

Single 355 ml can from Sobeys Liquor, served in a straight-sided chalice. Pours a deep champagne shade with copious carbonation and a fluffy, milky-white head that retains for a few moments and leaves a minor amount of lace.. Aroma is sweet cereals, light corniness, and faintly grassy hops; flavor is cloyingly sweet malts and some grass. Bit of an alcohol burn in the throat, or is that the carbonic bite? Likely some of both. Thin, gassy, with a reasonably thin finish. There are better basic Big Beer lagers; Old Mil is rather below-par.

Skunky aroma. Low end of the totum pole. Looks like pee. Sort of bitter. Besides that, if served super-cold, it’s drinkable. Not much else to say.

One of the better lower cost offerings. Lots of corn, little hops. A less flavorful version of PBR basically.

Poured from a 12 OZ can into a pint glass. Aroma- Grain, barley and corn!!! Appearance- A pale clear yellow color with a large white head. Taste- Typical AAL but not bad, consider the price and the total disdain most have this is better than what most people make it out to be. Palate- A light bodied beer with moderate carbonation, has a smooth crisp finish Overall- This brought me way back to my days in the Marines, "Old Milwaukee" beer tents out in the field. It tasted better back then, but hey it isn’t horrible now.

MRMedellin (214) - Bogota, COLOMBIA - MAR 13, 2015
Clear Golden beer with a stable white head. Some dough and cereal aromas are felt. When is tasted a light body is felt, with clean flavor sadly with a strong acidity and alcoholic aftertaste. In my opinion, the alcohol is not well balanced with the rest of the beer, so it is almost like a light beer with a high alcoholic content.

Old Milwaukee Light has been awarded numerous awards at the Great American Beer Festival. Most recently, it was awarded the gold medal three consecutive years: 2005, 2006 and 2007. Many of you are not only snobs, you’re ignorant snobs.

Your beer snobs are alcoholics in denial. You pretend to care about aroma and stupid shit like, lacing. But truly, who gives a fuck? Most people you ask, wouldn’t care. It’s a bigger joke than wine tasting. A beer like this is for people who have accepted the fact that they are indeed alcoholics and want to get a buzz on for as cheap as possible. You douche bag reviewers are the epitome of hipster fuck wads. Go back to reviewing your over priced bullshit..that, in the end only gets you drunk.

Used to buy this on occasion back in the 70s and 80s since it was so cheap. It was only about $3.00 a case. It is very weak and lacks any flavor at all. I’ve had near beer that had more flavor. I thought that Milwaukee was known for its breweries but the few beers that I’ve tasted from there were not good at all.

Can 355ml. (4,9%abv) Pours very clear light blond with low-medium white head, diminishing. Minimal to no lacing. Aroma is of corn, sugar. Taste is of corn, sugar, alcohol, very slight bitterness. Palate: Light body. Soft carbonation. Overall: Not good indeed. Forgettable. Not straight-up repulsive, but there really is no reason to drink this.
