Has a very pale yellow color. Smell is mild, some corn, Taste is crisp, light, some corn and grains. Overall not bad for the price point, but nothing special.

Actually much better than its more well-known cousin, PBR. The corn flavor is less metallic and solvent-like than most of its ilk. Surprisingly pleasant shit-beer alternative.

One of my favorite beers. It does the job well. Great tasting, inexpensive and just overall, impressive. I love how the Canadian cans have the cute girls on them as well.

Bottle at The Bowler in Fargo. Because this is what you do here. Piss yellow color (I’m assuming) and a grainy, slightly metallic aroma. Taste is also grainy and minimal. Basically water with some malty alcohol elements. Not a beer for beer fans but a beer for people who want to drink excessively while playing pool. Finish non-existent. Something your dad would enjoy.

Bottle. Pabst Blue Ribbon exportversion 4.5 %. From Kvickly Grenå. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate. not good but not bad either.

35,5cl bottle@home in lager glass@approx 5 degrees C. Thought I was drinking Pabst Blue Ribbon but was in effect drinking a re-branded Old Milwaukee which is marketed in Scandinavia! Humbug and I urge you to buy neither when the brewers cheat like that. Pours clear light yellow with finger of white head with sufficient retention. Very faint aroma of malt and corn. This is also reflected in the almost nonexistent taste. Very faint malt and hops and no off tastes makes this close to drinking water with alcohol. Refreshing on a hot day I can imagine, but what is the point of drinking virtually tasteless beer like this?

How in the hell have I gone this long without rating Old Milwaukee?
Pours a very pale gold, very clear, with a respectable enough fluffy white head that slowly works it’s way into oblivion.

Aroma is surprisingly faint, it’s got some corn, some dough, some tire... cool.

The flavor is sweet & corny... there is a little bit of bitey hoppiness there. The alcohol is way too prevalent for a beer with an abv so low.

more mediocre than terrible, y’know.

Picked up a six pack from the rip and run in Carthage, Mo. Right out of the can with strong corn and metal. Light body,

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2015 12 oz. can. Tried this again yesterday for the first time in years. Used to buy this with my brother in law, 15 to 20 cases at a time when it was on sale in the 80’s. Still tastes bad, watered down.

When I go to the store, looking for a beer to get me drunk, but not to necessarily taste, I will either reach for pbr or old milwaukee. Perhaps its my awesome wisconsin roots, or perhaps its simply because they are the least offensive of all the cheap beers. Either way, grab this before you grab Coors, please, for the children.

Clear pale yellow. Quickly dissipating white head. Minimal aroma, which is a good thing here I’d say, just some sweetness. Flavor follows. Light watery body. Of the bargain beers, this less sweet and less offensive than most of the bunch. I pick up a 12 pack every so often..cheap, easy, nothing to think about.
