1 Pt. 6 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Pours clear gold with a huge white head that goes away quickly and leaves a decent lacing trace. Aroma of grain and yeast. Taste pretty much the same lots of grain and corn taste, alcohol is present there too. Not too good, not a fan.

Tallahassee, Fl - Persis Indian Restaurant - 650 ml bottle. Medium golden pours, rocky snow white head, nice bubble action. Aroma is slightly boozy with some wet paper bag accents. Flavor has some patented Indian lager band aid notes. some grainy notes, a touch of dates and an awkward spoiled fruit essence to it. Thinnish moutthfeel. About what I expected, not awful or a drain pour. .

UPDATED: JUN 17, 2014 Iíll tell you what boys, nothiní but nothiní beats finding a retired Indian malt liquor just sitting on a shelf like itís not even a thing. Oddly, this isnít even completely terrible. I mean, itís terrible but it at least does not taste like it is doing my body real and immediate harm. It is clear yellow in the glass and mostly headless. There is actually a kind of nice grassy hop thing going on in the nose underpinned by only the faintest hint of that fruity weirdness that is so common in cheap high-alcohol beers. This strange sweet-tart fruitiness really comes out when you taste it though, reminding me somewhat of low quality Eastern European plum wine with its oily fusel alcohol texture. As it warms it takes on an oxidized character that seems like some sort of mix of stale chocolate and cardboard. This stuff starts out almost like real beer but winds up pushing you into a pit of base depravity and unbridled sadness. The bottle looks almost like a 50 cL bottle you might get some kind of respectable hefeweizen in but is actually a full 22 oz. The second glass lures you in like strong Absinth and in drinking it, you stare briefly into your own soul. It is dry enough to be somewhat drinkable which is actually not a good thing as drinking this reminds you of the terrible person youíve become and all the people youíve disappointed on your short time on this planet. Cheers!

I had this at a local Indian restaurant; the served it with a cold glass which killed the head... golden opaque with stone fruit aromas; honeyed palate with a smooth finish. In the style of a sweet American triple.

Purchased at the Fresh Farms grocery store in Niles, IL; enjoyed while playing Cards Against Humanity with a group of friends. Overall, when I first bought this, I thought that it would be a good "gag" beer to enjoy consuming. Then, it came time to pop open the bottle and I was deeply regretting my decision. However, this stuff wasnít too bad! I canít describe what the taste is really like, but the best statement would be "not as bad as youíd think". I think I paid $4 for this bottle that nicely buzzed myself and my buddy, therefore, not a bad buy, but probably wouldnít get this again.

Bottle share thanks to Homer321 via BoooooooooooooooostIPA. Pours a brilliantly clear golden color. Very minimal light struck character, corn adjuncts, and boooooooost alcohol. Smooth sweet character, corn, sugary, nice body, not a bad malt likka. Go for Monk! Very nice super beer.
