UPDATED: NOV 9, 2009 Poured a clear orange yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is very funky with sweet grains, sour fruit, with vegetal notes. The taste is one of a kind, in a torturous way. The best way I can describe it is bandaids and bacon with some corn notes. Ew.

When first poured, my roommate declared that it "smells like an old man’s head." I’m not sure what that means, but I’ll take her word for it.

This is shitty as all hell, had it at an Indian restaurant, and sadly paid way more than i should have and hardly had any. Pour is ok, yellowish, but its sweet and repulsive.

I found this tucked in the box with a bunch of other brews purchased from the Bottle Barn in Santa Rosa, CA. It poured a clear yellow with almost no head. Very little aroma and what there is as sweet malt flavor. The body was very thin, and the mouthfeel fizzy. But the flavor is for sure unique, and basically awful. It is hard to describe but the closest I can come to it is to say it tasted like a an old stale cigar has been soaked in it. Most of the bottle went down the drain which does not happen all that often.

500. thanks eva, or alex, or someone. heeeeey, malt liquor! shoobydoowa. pours a bright burnished medium amber with sloppy white film. gimungous sweet corn nose, mixed in with some sweet bready malts and lots of stale dry fusels. thick flat watery body...if that makes sense. sticky sweet corn, sweet sticky buns, and gasoline on the mid palate. long artificial dry finish.

From the 650 ml. bottle with no noticeable lot code of date. The pour looks like a standard pale ale with a golden-yellow tone, a lot of carbonation, and a bubbly, short-lived white head. The aroma is off-putting and smells like burnt bread and stale malts. The taste is also like stale malts and some kind of spice that I cannot identify. Unfortunately I was not too impressed with this one.

At an Indian restaurant in Boston. Might just be one of the better lagers I’ve had out of a country I don’t normally see as a beer producer. It really wasn’t too bad, and the label was just classic. "For sale in U.S.A. country only!" - love it. Smelled like sweet corn malts, and the flavor was malt-dominated, with an almost syrupy sweetness (this is the thickest brew I’ve seen from an Eastern country) countered by a boozy bitterness. Certainly drinkable... though I don’t think I’d ever opt for another.

Tried this at an Indian restaurant. Pours a light coppery color with not too much head. The beer doesn’t smell too great. Taste is really malty and boozy. Kind of tastes like an ash tray, but not as bad as Four O or 211. Lots of booze and drinkable enough.

Hazy golden beer. Aroma is very, very cidery with a bit of unusual tobacco/musky note. Sweet and unusually caramelly character. A bit of toffee. It’s kind of strange, but in a way that’s not nearly as bad as it first appeared to be. It’s still not good, but it is at least interesting.
