A medium-bodied pale ale with moderate bitterness and modest citrusy hop aroma. This is a good beer to start with when building up the courage for the stronger beers. Epiphany pale may even support some seekers on their path to enlightenment.

poured a nice golden copper color with good carbonation. The head was white, creamy, and not very overwhelming - with a clear clarity. The smell hits first with hops, but the caramel presence of the malt quickly overtook the citrus floral notes of the hops. The hops did provide an orange citrus presence with some earthiness. The caramel malt also had a buttery/nuttiness to it.

22 oz bottle from the brewery. Pours a light golden color with a thin head. Nice tangerine, sweet orange aroma. Thick cream body, flavor matches aroma. Very refreshing. Drinks nice. Awesome pale here.

Bomber. Citrus, pine and a little caramel. Weak in the middle. Bitter finish that is a bit rough.

22oz bottle. Poured a orangeish amber color with a small white head. Sweet grapefruit and pine on the nose, sweet toasted caramel coated grains with a sweet lemony zing. Taste of caramel, orange, hint of lemon zest late, some grassiness, and a moderate bitterness. Bright and crisp mouthful, medium bodied with a good amount of carbonation.

pours a clear amber with a medium size white head, and good lacing. smell is floral, caramel, and a slight citrus. taste is crisp up front, clean, caramel, some citrus, hops, and a little bit of pine. ends with a bite, more of an IPA than pale.

Bomber from Belmont Station / March visit. Pours a foggy orange with moderate head and nice lacing...probably due to my expert pour! A moderate hop bite in initial taste...a dry middle taste...not bad; not great....a nice sipping summer beer...

I will agree with the label. This is a very well done pale. Malty, bread aroma with some citrus. The flavor has a bit of caramel, some bread and a peppery bitterness. The finish is dry and refreshing.

Location: 22 oz bottle from Buy Rite, 4/1/12

Aroma: The nose is fairly light, with some hints of lemon, grapefruit, caramel, and a little sugar
Appearance: Pours a cloudy golden-orange color with an off-white head and light-medium lacing
Flavor: The taste is lightly sweet, it has some malty hints and a medium-plus hop bitterness to the finish
Palate: The body is medium, with a soft-to-average carbonation, a slight creaminess, and a dry mouthfeel
Overall Impression: I actually found this one to be a pretty interesting offering. From the nose I wasn’t really expecting anything too exciting, but the taste was pretty solid. It has a nice dry and hoppy presence, and I found it to be pretty drinkable as well.
