COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A medium-bodied pale ale with moderate bitterness and modest citrusy hop aroma. This is a good beer to start with when building up the courage for the stronger beers. Epiphany pale may even support some seekers on their path to enlightenment.

Pours clear golden amber and sports a rocky, off-white head that leaves nice lacing. Nose is lightly toasted malts with a raw hazelnut tinge. Flavor is malty buttered-biscuit , nicely toasted, with a ’wholesome’ quality that I find very endearing. Clean hops, just enough to balance the body, make for a pleasantly bitter finish. A solid pale, true to style, that does not go overboard in any way. In a world of extreme pales (aka "ipa’s passed off as pales", that are just barely within the category threshold) this is a refreshing ’fundamental’ approach that I find truly enjoyable. Good job!

I will agree with the label. This is a very well done pale. Malty, bread aroma with some citrus. The flavor has a bit of caramel, some bread and a peppery bitterness. The finish is dry and refreshing.

poured a nice golden copper color with good carbonation. The head was white, creamy, and not very overwhelming - with a clear clarity. The smell hits first with hops, but the caramel presence of the malt quickly overtook the citrus floral notes of the hops. The hops did provide an orange citrus presence with some earthiness. The caramel malt also had a buttery/nuttiness to it.

Location: 22 oz bottle from Buy Rite, 4/1/12

Aroma: The nose is fairly light, with some hints of lemon, grapefruit, caramel, and a little sugar
Appearance: Pours a cloudy golden-orange color with an off-white head and light-medium lacing
Flavor: The taste is lightly sweet, it has some malty hints and a medium-plus hop bitterness to the finish
Palate: The body is medium, with a soft-to-average carbonation, a slight creaminess, and a dry mouthfeel
Overall Impression: I actually found this one to be a pretty interesting offering. From the nose I wasn’t really expecting anything too exciting, but the taste was pretty solid. It has a nice dry and hoppy presence, and I found it to be pretty drinkable as well.

Bottle. Hazy orange amber color, small white head. Aroma of tropical fruits > grass > flowers > perfume. Taste is bright and fruity, tropical and citrus, with a bit of bitterness in the finish. Undercarbonated.

Slightly sweet and citrus aroma: Mostly grapefruit. Very light and clear colour. Small head that subsides to a ring quickly. Taste is light malt with hops flavour. Very refreshing and light. Lots of citrus.

Straw hued body with thin, whispy white head. Lightly sweet grainy malt character with a touch of caramel and cracker. A bit watery and weak.

Bottle:   Deep amber, hazy, large foamy off-white head, very nice lacing.   Resiny nose, a litle pungent, some earth.   Big resiny flavors, citrus rind, dirt.   This one is also a little abrasive, much like the IPA.   Smidgen of Butterscotch on the backside.   This one too needs a bit of malt sweetness.   I am getting used to it the more I drink it, but it is still rough.   Seems unfinished.   Body and mouthfeel are decent.   Not a bad beer, but just like their IPA, too brash.   Needs a little sweetness and less caustic resins.
