3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle thanks to my summer secret santa. Pours a hazy light amber color with a small head that fades to a thin white ring. Aroma is slightly dank with some nice floral, pine, and light citrus hops. Tastes slightly juicy at first and quickly turns very bitter. Flowers, pine, and citrus hops balance each other well. Remains smooth despite the rather strong bitterness. Really enjoyable IPA.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught. Pours a somewhat hazy copper color with a fairly thick off-white head on it. Nose is definitely hop-forward, with some floral and grassy elements to it. Taste is moderately bitter, but doesn’t taste too fresh, which is unfortunate. Still a decent drink.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught at Brews Almighty, Everett, 4.8% ABV
Hazy amber color with compact head. Hoppy aroma, not extremely strong, with a light animal side. Good body strength, more than expected; the toffee malt is mostly evident, yet overwhelmed by the strong hopping; the flavor is caramelly, but also with plenty of resiny hops.
Good, but not elegant.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Draft pour. Piney, floral aroma. A storm of hops in this IPA. This is everything I look for in an IPA. Loved it.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle thanks to Lizzie and Daren! Pours a clear golden amber with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a good amount bread and grass with a hint of resinous pine. Flavor starts with pine and resin that mellows to allow grain and bread to come through.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bomber from Whole Foods. Pours a clear dark copper color with a large white head. The aroma is light biscuit, honey and big citrus. The flavor is great: dank initially, sweet citrus, green cones, some light resin, more dankness, some light caramel and biscuit. Pretty damn nice. Smooth, medium bitterness. A big beer. Nice! The palate is creamy and full.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Pours a golden raisin ale with a solid quilt of cream foam. Smells of malt, biscuit, some faint hops, some caramel - unimpressive. Flavor is just malt, sweet and roasted malt. A touch of bitterness. Poor flavor as well. Medium bodied with low carb and a semidry finish. I wish I knew the bottling date of this beer, I’ve many good things, but I’m uncertain of the date, which gives me every reason to believe this beer could have come from the Huck’s cellar easily a year old.
