COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The latest in our School of Rock series beer, this is OSB’s second collaboration brew with Anacortes Brewing Company. Winterbreak is a winter warmer style/Imperial Brown, with a rich and complex malt profile complemented by a smooth hop bitterness and notes of caramel, dark fruit, and a hint of chocolate malt in the finish.

Draft at M&V. Pours a murky dark brown with a dense and creamy light tan head that goes away. Big dark chocolate and molasses nose. Creamy thick body with sluggish carb. Chocolate, caramel, molasses, and toasty cookie-bottoms on the mid palate. Long toasty chocolate finish. Good stuff. Not a dense and sweet chocolate like a big imperial stout; very well placed and approachable.
