Aroma is light to moderate malty, fruity, light moderate yeasty, berries, blackthorn. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet berry, blackthorn. Bottle @ French Oktober-Fest Tasting Ulfborg, 2012. Pours cloudy amber with a small white head. Nose and flavor is berries and earth. Short bitter finish.

Bottled 330ml. -from Bičres Cultes at Rue des Halles, Paris. Pale amber coloured, big white head, dusty nose with hint of berries. Quite weak taste; some dry berries with hint of spices and plums. Nothing special here, even not so good or pleasant. That Patxaran supposed to be some sort of Basque booze but for me it’s quite repulsive.
