7/13/13. 40oz thanks to deyholla! Clear pale golden with a small offwhite head. Skunky aroma, corn, burnt caramel, and tortilla chips... and water. Meh.

1.6 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
Bottle from Soonerchamps, thanks! This was better than I expected, a real easy drinker. I am surprised its rated so poorly, it doesnít offer much that is disgusting. The bottle makes it very clear youíre drinking a 40oz beer and it was nice to share with a good sized group as we all got generous pours. Looking back, I wish I had drank more of this.

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottle. Pours a clear very pale gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of corn, wet and sweet grains. Flavor is very sweet with corn and grains and doesnít have much else to it.

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
This is a fruit beer,i don't think so.Claire pellar paraphrased wheres the fruit.Golden color, small head that faded very, very fast, ibnfact i can't run to the fridge and back in time to beat this brews fast head. The aroma was so faint in fruit that i have to say that it almost wasn't there, light malt but mainly corny with a mild hop presence. The taste was much the same but the fruit just doesn't make the scene, what the hell i have to almost wish it there to get a little bit of fruit, well my genie won't grant me anymore wishes so this will have to go down as nothing more then just drain cleaner.

1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20
Rating #6300 thanks to womencantsail. 40oz of course. Clear light golden pour. Low carbonation dwindles to bubbles. Medium white soapy foam. Nose is overripe yellow apple, mealy apple, soap. Taste is soapy, not fusel thankfully, tons of dusty yellow apple. Powdery, mealy palate. Inoffensive, bland, not so bad. Lemon, dust, cardboard are better than cloying sugar, fusel alcohol, and rotting vegetables. Not bad. Donít think this one deserves worst beer in the world by a long shot.

1.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
Fo-Tee ounce bottle shared by the Hoff! Light yellow pour, some carbonation and a corny aroma. Flavor is more corn and kind of metallic. No reason to drink this unless you just want a headache later on.

1.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
Itís pretty much Olde English Light.Really nothing offensive about it and itís certainly drinkable.Especially if you do it in about 8 minutes on Youtube.I can think of way worse beers though.Just because itís light does not really make it offensive.

1.1 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
This is a beer that costs about 2 bucks for 32 ounces. So, the rating I gave it is not that bad for what it costs. Itís cheaper than worse beers and itís the same price as natural (barf). I honestly drink pale ales and imperial IPAís, barley wine style, and stouts but Iím making it a point to rate this beer before I start rating any other one. Iím new to ratebeer.com and I feel good for making this underscored beer my first review. I was really impressed when I first tried it because I expected to not even be able to swallow it. Donít be mean to Olde English 800 :)
