0.7 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20
this malt liquor pours with a yellowish urine color with a slight nose of malts. The flavor is unique an can only be compared to other malts like Colt 45, Steel Reserve and King Cobra. This is probably one of the worst tasting malts that I can’t actually finish because of the taste. The only reason Olde English 40oz would be a good buy is if you wanted to get drunk, it had a low price, large amount, and high alcohol content. Drink this with caution!!

1.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle shared at the RBESG 2014, grand tasting 09/08/2014. Vary pale yellow coloured pour, no head. Aroma is pretty nice, honey malts, berry, and some apple. Flavour is composed, is thin mineral, metalic, some thinly veiled caramel. Carbonic acid. Palate is thin watery and horrible. Pretty bad.

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
40 from a 7-Eleven in Norman, OK. Gold pour with a tiny head. Very satisfying crack when I break the seal on this bad boy. Candy corn sweets on the nose. Fairly relaxed, suggesting that this is a conquerable beast. The flavor confirms this. Junk wonder bread with some honey and golden apple. Grain husk sweetness. Light, sessionable character. Plenty of fizz. Overall, just weird. It doesn’t taste horrible, but there’s no point to this malt liquor. Low boost rocket fuel.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Where: RBESG 14 Grand Tasting.
Appearance: Pale golden colour with a white head.
Body: Watery thin body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Water? Some sweetness to it.
Comment: Thanks Ferris for this treat. Good thing it’s not readily available. Guess it could be worth buying if you are dying from thirst and there is no water available. Not bad, since it doesn’t taste anything.

RBESG pt 18. Moncada. Grand Tasting. Clear pale gold beer, small white head. Light dry palate, fine carbonation. Tastes like tepid water that a bag of malt may have been dipped in. Dry finish. Utter bilge.
